This book is a 1974 copyright, published by Unity Books. I do not know what, if any, changes were made in the next edition, the one that Goodreads has as being the 1st Ed.

The author emphasizes the importance of meditation and offers a variety of affirmations to use. He states that you may not be aware of your deeply rooted beliefs, i.e., in your subconscious mind, but those believes manifest through your words and behavior. He stresses the importance of looking inward, not outward, to find true peace and happiness.
