Read for Real Estate Finance class instead of the required text by Robert J. Bond, same book title. It turned out to be a very good replacement since I passed the class. I would reccomend reading both at the same time since they say similar things in different ways. Yes, it's kind of dry as textbooks are but useful.
For what it is, it was very easy to understand and actually a quick read. Well written, simplified concepts, great for a beginning real estate salesperson.
