This is an excellent book about various flying craft, mostly focused on aircraft and how they are able to move at different speeds based on their designs. This was an excellent introduction to airfoils and lift, as well as the basics of how aircraft are designed to achieve certain goals. This book also covers the history of flight and chronologically details improvements in aircraft and related technologies.
