Published in 1987, 'Phantoms Forever' is an album of over 120 excellent colour pics of the F-4 Phantom. Most of the pics feature aircraft of the USN, USMC, USAF and ANG with just a token section at the end for foreign users of the type. Ironic, when you consider that 34 years later the type barely survives in service with foreign users, with US use limited to target drones. Nevertheless, it does capture the type when it was (arguably) in its prime and makes a great snapshot of the type.
