Good book for beginners to understand the concepts behind Patch Clamping. Simple language and descriptive diagrams are the plus point of this book. Author has managed to touch wide range of topics related to this particular technique. Although book has some examples, I think it lacks real life examples from different model systems which could have given readers more comprehensive understanding.
