So far I'm liking this (listening to the audio version read by the author) but there seems to be a lot of "stuff" in her approach (crystals, feng shui, EFT, etc) which makes me wonder about the "stop trying" part of her title: wouldn't just a simple prayer work, and not all the "trying" of the stuff?

THE HIGHER HELP METHOD helps one realize just how much love and support we have access to and can call in in the spiritual world. Even being the spiritual with several years, I still took away countless of powerful and transformative information and guidance from this book. I swear even my vibration was rising just from reading about raising my vibration. Tools, resources, mediations and rituals to help any and all aspects of life. It's formatted and written in a way that is easy to digest and not overwhelming! This book also introduced me to so many crystals I have to look into! Highly recommend. If this books comes across your path, it's fate and your higher help already guiding you to create the life you desire. Looking forward to purchasing my own hard copy when the book comes out! This book is an invaluable resource that mixes spirituality with science. It is a great index if you are looking for information on higher helpers, EFT tapping, rituals, prayers, journaling exercises, meditations, visualizations, limiting belief work, etc.

I found that the best way to use this book is to have a situation you'd like help exploring at the forefront of your mind when reading. This could be anything... a physical ailment, relationship issue, or even something more broad like finding your life purpose. I followed the higher help method for my particular situation, and I was able to gain clarity and peace using this method. I believe this would be valuable to read at any stage of life. There really is something in it for everyone, you've just got to be open to it!

I won this in a good reads giveaway. When I entered I told myself "If I win this it's something the universe wants me to know" and I won! It shows a very interesting take on manifestation. I have had success with manifesting big life dreams in the past but currently hit a dead end. This book gave me alternative ideas. I've tried using this method in little ways as the author states to do, such as getting my fussy baby to sleep. Literally 5 seconds after using this technique he went from going crazy to asleep in my arms. Coincidence? Maybe but I don't think so. This book was an easy read and I believe it came to me for a reason!

Solid book that has a few slower parts in it. It lost my interest in a few places. Just was not my cup of tea.
