"Don't ask me. All I can say for sure is that I'm a 6' 5" Black comedian with red hair and a high butt who has walked a mile in every man's shoes. What I mean is, I've lived large and fallen hard - lost every job I've ever had, messed up everybody I've dated, been kicked out of every institution I've ever been in, including marriage-and I've survived. That's how I know everything. Why, you could steal five or six books and not find as much help as I will give you." - Sinbad

This book is a cross between a memoir and his stand-up act; you find yourself actually hearing his voice reading the book to you, and you can imagine him standing there, actually telling the story. It will have you thinking back to similar situations in your life, and have you laughing out loud. I was reading this at the doctor's office, and kept laughing, until I had to put it away, before people thought I was crazy. If you're a fan of Sinbad or his stand-up, you will definitely enjoy the trip back in time, and his "advice" if you will. I'd recommend this book to anyone; it's older kid friendly, as there are no "adult" situations or curse words in the book.

This book is unfortunate in my unaware, out of Print. This book really would have you laughing while reading paragraph to paragraph. ONe of the most funniest was about dropping a drunk person off at Mcdonalds. LOL
