Chock full of easy-to-understand, incredibly useful information, What's Your Problem helps consumers fight back against the unscrupulous companies and agencies that steal their time and money. Love Yate's thorough, take-charge attitude, which he utilizes despite his admitted aversion to confrontation. I only wish he'd included a section (or perhaps just a few ideas) on how society can collectively tackle the issues in the book. However, since that's really outside the scope of this work, it's definitely worthwhile to have a copy on hand for taking on your own administrative Goliaths! I checked this out of the library, but liked it so much I plan to buy my own copy. :-)
