This text give a preliminar approach to maintenance topic. Although author's competence in this field is wide and well-known, the text is too straightforward and direct. Thus, it'll be useful only to people that know a little about maintenance and reliability. On the other side, this is one of the texts that analyzes human factor risk assessment.
