Some of these dieting, fear of flying, identity crisis, muscle cramps, necrophilia, oral compulsion, seasickness, and tardiness. The author is a certified hypnotherapist, sex educator, and family counselor. Here she presents an argument for self-hypnosis, with information for beginners, advanced techniques, and much more. The publisher states that this volume will help solve over 350 problems.

Knihu mi nepríde správne hodnotiť, lebo som prečítal iba prvú - teoretickú časť. Nemám to ani s čím porovnať, nečítal som žiadnu inú knihu o hypnóze. Prvá časť je z môjho pohľadu celkom zaujímavá, autorka tam popisuje rôzne oblasti, kde môže pomôcť. Dokonca aj pri rakovine, ale tomu sa ťažko verí, ale na druhej strane, prečo nie? Druhá časť je praktická a nečítal som ju, lebo sa nechystám nikoho hypnotizovať. Neverím, že by som tým mohol niekomu pomôcť a na pobavenie mi to príde nevhodné.

A pretty good introduction and guide for the newbie. This is what I usually list when folks ask for book recommendations.
