I've been reading this devotional off and on for years. Last year I committed to reading it daily. Some of the entries lost me, but some were so powerful for me. It's obvious it's written with the 12 step type philosophy in mind, but it worked for me even though I do not attends meetings for my eating disorder. I will definitely keep it on hand to read occasionally.
