This is Book 2 in The Love Dangerously Trilogy and it picks up 5 years after the first book.

WOW! This series just gets better and better!!

Willa has been through a lot in the last 5 years. She is now part of Campbell Racing Company, she owns 25% a long with the The Campbell children. She has been through hell in Washington DC and no longer can do the reporting She did 5 years ago.

Graham is taking care of Patrick's daughter Neve full time. Carey is serving a 8 year prison sentence.

And then the roller-coaster begins. Expect some serious twists in this book. And some steamy moments, lies revealed and the book ends with things unresolved as we wait for the conclusion to the story in Book 3.

And I can't wait!!!

The second part to Willa and Graham's story reveals some secrets and shows that their love is still strong. It's action packed, steamy and left me wanting more. I can't wait to see how their story ends with book 3.

While the book took a minute to get going, I ended up loving Graham & Willa’s story!!
Book doesn’t end on a cliffhanger but there’s no “HEA” at the end - but it is “Happy for Now.”

So, funny story about the Love Dangerously Series by Serena James Chase. I received the first two books at the same time and decided to read them back to back. I finished reading Save Me and then moved onto Corrupt Me. Yeah, you read that right. I have no idea how this happened, but I managed to read book two before book one. Thank goodness it worked out for me in the end. It took absolutely nothing way from my overall enjoyment of the series. Once I began reading the book it just felt like I was getting the backstory.

Serena truly has surprised me with her ability to grab a hold of my attention for not only one book, but for both books. I could not put them down once I began reading. I literally read them back to back and now I am anxiously anticipating the conclusion to the series. I feel like Serena is one of those authors I can add to my won't disappoint me list.

Graham picks Carey up outside of the prison gates now that he has served his sentence. He has made arrangements for Carey and has set him up with everything he will need - a car, a place to live, and a celebration with alcohol and girls for his entertainment.

Graham has been running things for the Donovan family as well as being Neve's guardian while Carey was incarcerated. She wants to head to London for school and lucky for her Carey agrees. Now Graham has been informed that he will be going with Neve while Carey takes the reins as the heir for the Donovan family.

After being involved in a scandal in Washington DC that ruined her career Willa has established a new life back in London. She is now the Head of Worldwide Communications for the Campbell Racing Team - public relations. Willa's boss Hannah Campbell happens to be her best friend and race car drivers Victor and Lachlan - the Campbell brothers are her friends as well.

Formula One racing is expensive and sponsorship is what makes it possible for their team to race. Now with the threat of their biggest sponsor pulling out everything is in jeopardy and the stress is high for everyone. They have just arrived in Monte Carlo for the next big race. While there they meet up with their half brother Kerr who delivers them a major blow.

Willa and Graham have not seen each other in five years and as if by fate these two now happen to both be in Monte Carlo at the same time. Graham sees this as a second chance for them to reconnect and start over with a clean slate. Willa is not on board with his idea and makes her feelings known. Graham is not giving up and if Monte Carlo wasn't fate bringing them together then the fact him and Neve now live in London solidifies this idea for him.

Now that they are starting to reconnect and spend time together feelings begin to resurface. There is still a chemistry between them that may even be stronger than it was previously. Emotions are flying high and now Carey is knocking on the door. He has made an unexpected trip to London and something doesn't seem right. What does Carey want? Has the truth been brought to light and he has come to seek revenge? Or, is this just a visit so that he can spend time with his sister and friend breaking bread together?

I voluntarily reviewed a copy of "SAVE ME" We pick up 5yrs later after Willa & Graham went their seperate ways it was emotional, full of suspense, intrigue, danger, action, secrets get revealed, angst, deceit, betrayal, twist you don't see coming a page turner to the end.
Graham Tate becomes head of Donovan Crime Family while Careys in jail, he becomes guardian for Neve, she wants her brother to rot in jail, she doesn't want to things to change when he comes home she want go stay with Graham, he's ruled Chicago for 5yrs, he had it all men feared him, cops & criminals owed their lives to him, but that's all about to change when Carey gets out.
Graham Tate ever thought he see Willa Reyerson again or hope to have a life with her the feelings they had for one another were still there, a love he thought he'd never have was within his reach.
I definitely recommend to get this amazing well written on the edge of your seat story Graham & Willa take you on a interesting journey especially when Graham's past doesn't want to let him go, will they get their HEA, it's a must read you can't miss.
I'm so looking forward to the next book "BREAK ME" especially after how this story ended it can't come soon enough need to know what's going to happen next.

I thoroughly enjoyed this mafia type story by Serena James Chase. This is the first book I have read of hers but will definitely be reading more.

The characters are well thought out and betrayed throughout the book. You are transported to this magical world from the first page, given a front row seat to this beautiful story and really don’t want it to end.

Graham is a beautiful character. I felt for him because he is a man shaped by his past. And that’s all he sees himself as. But he’s so much more than that. He has a beautiful and heartwarming caring side for those he cares for.

Watching the abundance of love he endows upon Neve and Willa is a beautiful sight to see.

Willa was my favourite character. She is finding her feet and flourishing after being hurt beyond reason. She has accepted her lot in life until literally stumbling into the man that stole her heart years prior.

Watching Willa and Graham traverse their path to a HEA was awe inspiring and one heck of a wild ride.

Would totally recommend.

Thanks to Booksprout and the author for an ARC of this book. I have chosen to write this honest review voluntarily and it reflects my personal opinion.
It is essential to read the first book in the series, covering how Willa and Graham meet and the start of their relationship before reading this book. Their romance and strong love had reached a point where they said goodbye, and we now meet them again after 5 years have elapsed. Graham's relationship with the Donovan family and other Mafia bosses is about to change as Carey comes out of prison while Willa has been making a name for herself in a new business. When they meet again it is evident that's it's not only their attraction that has remained strong, so has their love. Events continue to affect their plans, and there are many twists and turns along the way. I'm not going to hint at how this ends, suffice to say I'm sure book 3 will bring more surprises, and I can't wait!

Safety: there’s no cheating or OW/OM drama, and no cliffhanger, but there is S. Violence in the form of Revenge Porn.
Triggers- Discussion of previous revenge porn, language, violence, explicit erotic content, botched crépes.
Tropes- Second Chance, Simply Mad About the Mob, Racing Hearts
What I liked- both main characters have grown a lot. Willa is more mature and more realistic. She’s better suited to racing than journalism. Graham has learned to appreciate his softer side; being a dad looks good on him.
What I didn’t- there’s being a better man and being a stupid one. There’s going to be blowback from his noble decision at the end.
Verdict- this book was better than book one. Recommended.

Once again this book had me confused. I felt like the first 60% was more formula one and less mafia and then the rest was suddenly very suspenseful. Will say though I liked it more than the first and the intense end/ plot twist (which I can confirm I guessed correctly - very proud of myself) was good.

Graham felt like a completely different person in this book. He seems depicted as the ‘true’ version of himself that he wants to try to be, not just for Willa but for himself too. Less whiplash in terms of emotions in this one which is a win and I loved the F1 elements we got. Willa seemed a lot stronger of a character which was nice to see.

There were a few plot holes that kind of messed with my head but other than that it was a good, easy read. Keen to see what else this author has in store for the couple. I received a copy of this and am leaving this honest review voluntarily <3

This story is told in first person POV by both the MMC and MFC. I’m a sucker for a second chance romance and this story is just that! It is full of heat, drama, secrets and chemistry you can’t get enough of!

I loved getting more of Graham and Willa! I also loved the side characters and all the banter. I loved when their paths realigned and how all the old feelings came back to the surface. I loved that after all those years, Graham still wanted to protect Willa. I was most definitely not expecting the truth that came near the end! I can’t wait to see what their next adventure will bring them and how things pan out for Willa and Graham.

Graham has been acting as head of the Donovan Family while Carey is serving a 8 year prison sentence. He has also been taking care of Patrick’s daughter Neve until Carey gets released.

Willa, who now works for a racing company doesn’t expect to see Graham again. But when they do, they still have feelings for each other.

Some secrets are revealed and will have you eager to read the third book.

Save Me is book two in the Love Dangerously series by Serena James Chase! It’s a continuation of Graham and Willa's story. They say that "time heal all wounds” but sometimes those wounds are so deep it takes forever to heal! Book 2 had angst, drama and more steam! It was once again well written and also very revealing. Graham and Willa found themselves facing more danger this time around! There were so many secrets revealed, that many lives were changed forever! I’m looking forward to reading the rest of this series!.

Brilliant

Am so loving this series. Book one gripped me and kept me up till the small hours and this book has done the same. Totally going to tear my hair out now as I have to wait till October 1st for the 3rd book! Graham and Willa's story has come a long way in book 2. Carey Donovan since doing his 5 years in jail is a different man he's had 5 years to think while he's been inside. Graham had taken his father's place and had made everyone's pockets fat and happy but Carey's out now and he wants his father's chair. Brilliant series, I'm loving it.😍😍

Mafia enforcer turned dad on a mission to get his girl!

I preferred the first book to this one as this book felt like it did not really have any mafia ties until the very end. I just felt that it took a whole other path than the first one. That being said, this was still a very cute book and I love how Graham fought for the love he finally realized he felt for Willa. Now Willa has to overcome trauma from her own scandal if they want to be together. But the mafia never really lets you walk away does it?

This part of their is dangerously exciting, angsty and revealing. As more comes to light with both Graham and Willa, they find danger around most every corner. So much is revealed, so many secrets are exposed and lives are forever changed. I can't wait for the remaining part of their journey.

Great book!!
Graham is made Boss of the Mafia and Willa gets bought before him.
The attraction was major between these two, I enjoyed that part of the story. They really were good for each other. Although initially Willa didn't think so.
Loads of tension Danger and drama added to the make up of this book. But the romance was the best and made me enjoy the book even more.
Well done with great characters, I highly recommend this book.
