10 books later it's still going.
Although this arc wasn't my favorite because it was developed to be more about romance and love.
It was cringe.

In volume 10, Leon must come to terms with his spineless approach to his relationships. He needs to navigate the consequences of his negligent handling of his fiancées' feelings and how his actions made public opinion question his loyalty to them. In addition, Angelica is struggling due to being saddled with the burden of her familial obligations. Leon's cluelessness has always been frustrating and the fact that it is so persistent makes it worse. That being said the resolutions of the book felt mostly satisfying.

author acknowledges in afterwords that he can't write romance. This is painfully clear since the beginning of the series. But rather than romance, he is not able to explore connections and relationships either. Every character is more or less a trope and one dimensional.
This whole Angie & Leon conflict had a good foundation, though how it panned out in the novel was pretty bad. The resolution has been reached by her acknowledging that he needs her - because he's scared of ghosts. really now.

The tenth volume in the Trapped In a Dating Sim light novel series felt like rereading the first volume all over again, which made this volume an extremely satisfying experience.

It felt as if the author got back to the roots of what made me get so engrossed with the series in the first place. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this volume, it truly exceeded my expectations and was quite enjoyable.

The only bad part of this series, Leon's idiocy in relationships, is front and center making it the worst book
