Agredios and friends hunt a tauroth to have food and the Church sends people to kill them.

3.5 stars - this is an odd little story. Where most series would have huge event after huge event to move along the action, this one takes the time to say - we're running out of food, what do we do? There are times when the writing/art is rough to the point where it takes me a while to figure out what's going on (I didn't understand why all the Church soldiers were collapsing until told). And yet I really care about this group, who are showing their best selves by trying to help one another (and survive). I hope there are more in this series to come.

While the dialogue is still a bit unnatural, the action a bit hard to follow and the scenes sometimes jump scenes without filling in some gaps, this volume flowed better than the first one. The story is getting more compelling and I am interested to see where it goes when the next volume is out. I gave this a higher rating than my criticisms would indicate as the story is still really good and the characters and story engaging.

Worse than Vol 1. It's basically a manga about cooking and eating in a "grim" fantasy setup.
Such, a shame...
