The class was shooting a film. After a sleepover that did not quite turn into a planning session, Ryou as director and Torigoe as screen writer had to come up with a plan. They decided to go with a romance - a rivalry between two classmates over a single boy who would never appear in the film. Fushimi and Himeji would play the leads with others in the class playing side characters, running lights, and other needed tasks. Ryou's sister was recruited as the style coach and hairdresser for the film. Ryou got lucky that Himeji had connections to an agency that lent him a camera for the shooting. That agency also provided Ryou a summer job so he could acquire a computer to do the editing. And just to add to the tension, both Fushima and Himeji were in audition for a local musical. Ryou knew this, but they did not. Now will the film get finished? Will Ryou find his passion and what bombshell will come at the end of this volume? Well, read and find out!

This was a decent volume. It focuses mainly on the filming of the student film. The MC continues to be dense beyond belief but there are some really sweet moments in between. The cliffhanger was interesting and I'm curious how things will play out.
