Penelope fell in love with writing when she was a young child. She enjoys writing stories of all kinds, especially paranormal, urban fantasy and science fiction. When she’s not writing, she spends her time hanging out with her husband and dogs, gaming and cooking with her friends, and connecting with fellow writers.
So I read this in part because I kinda know the author and consider the author a friend, and so I wanted to support that person. I have little to no real relationship or experience with erotica, as it were, so this was more or less foreign territory for me.
I can't say a thing about how good or bad the action is on this. I do know that the story balances the line between serious and silly really well, and I enjoyed reading this (I nearly said "enjoyed myself," and that's too much information even if it isn't true, right?). If you're into this sort of thing, hey, it's worth the $5 it's selling for, certainly. And if you're looking for a little something more, well, there's plenty of that to go around too.
Super cute book. Anyone who has ever had a crush on a fictional hero will like this. It's funny, pokes fingers at some of the realities of being a twenty-something these days and ends with warm, squishy hope. Where do I get a Fabian? Can I order one? Because I'd like one, please.
