The book fails to deliver on its promise. While it uses some Indian terminology, it lacks any real foundation in Kundalini yoga, filling the pages instead with made-up, "god-related" nonsense. It is an ego-driven project that offers no actual instruction.

The only part worth looking at is the meditation section at the end, though those don't really connect to the rest of the text. When you consider the author’s history of sexual abuse, grooming, and manipulation, the whole thing feels hollow and predatory. I honestly regret spending money on this.

If you're looking for an honest, intellectually sound, or practically useful guide to mental training, you will not find it in this book.

I read this nearly 10 years ago but did not "get it" seemed wordy and hard to understand. I lost that cooy - left it in Mexico and it was out of print for awhile when I returned. Just got a copy last week reading again - it now is very understandable and I am learning something new from Yogiji every day! I guess it just wasn't time. Excellent information.

A great, no nonsense look at the workings of your mind & meditations to get in touch with it.
