Simply wonderful. There are at least 6 recipes in this slim volume that I make on a regular basis. The recipes are presented so clearly, with photographs illustrating each stage of cooking, so that the techniques are easily mastered.
Simple as the title implies, this book was informative without being complicated or off-putting. What I've cooked according to these recipes has been fun so far, and I look to trying a couple more things from these pages in the near future.
