This is a helpful book--and I would recommend Collaborative Divorce as a process for anyone going through divorce. This is another one which is a good reference. Most of these books are trying to help you change your frame of reference and perception, and move forward. Again, I found the most helpful one to be "Joint Custody with a Jerk".
