I learned about indigenous people around the world that have experienced ethnocide, ecocide and genocide at the hands of multinational mining and oil companies. Thier struggles to survive and retain some semblance of their traditional values that protect and honor the earth in a world that is mostly run by corporation whose main goal is greed and profit at any cost.
