As vibrant and alive as the The Nickel Tour, this amazingly produced book has tremendous recollections by The Sherman Brothers while also sharing those stories with the many iconic images their beloved songs so well supported. Any Disney music fan MUST have this incredible books as a part of their library. And, for the record, my favorite song by The Sherman Brothers is "On the Front Porch," from woefully peculiar film, "Summer Magic," featuring Hayley Mills.

Every Disney fan and Sherman Brothers fan needs to read and own this book! Presented in a scrapbook format, this book is filled with so many stories and behind-the-scenes of the Sherman Brothers' work, both Disney and non-Disney. There is also a lot about their father's work as well as their work that never got released! Even as a self-professed Disney historian, there was a lot in here that I didn't know about!

Scrapbook of music and family history from the Sherman brothers, who have written a disturbing number of Disney's best-known songs (including, regrettably, "It's a Small World"). Fun to look at, with some good insights into the Shermans' and Walt Disney's creative processes.
