Short, sweet, and to the point. Often words like anger and rage I not take too seriously. I would say that I don’t have an anger problem because I am not flying off the handle or smashing things. But it’s the little manifests: cold shoulder, acting “funny”, I would do the little things that I felt justified my anger. So that was good to me.
I'm halfway through this already and it's much more helpful than I imagined. I've had anger issues for awhile now (since Joey died) and I'm hoping this will help me deal with that. Well written and definitely recommended for anyone seeking some help with whatever makes you angry.
2/2013 UPDATE: I'm almost done, so I am closing this out. It was the best book I have read to help you get a grip. If you wonder about your anger, or wish to have some tips on how to view it, this is the book for you.
I highly recommend for everyone. I doubly recommend for those seeking a place to turn for guidance and realizing you aren't alone with the anger. This book will help you deal with what is inside you are trying to hide or release. Whatever the case may be.
2/20/13 I finally completed this one. It was worth the read. I am considering reading it again, or as many times as it takes to sink and and for me to use it in a practical manner. It was helpful and I believe it can work to take your anger if you really try to use the tips given.
