I don't know about u, but I have a very very stressful lifestyle and for the past few years I have been getting burned out from left to right. So I knew for me to be mentally strong I have to fall on these books for strength, motivation, and inspiration. If that's the kind of book u wanna read, check out this book and u won't regret. I gave it a five star for that reason.
