Great tables and excellent chapter quizzes. Data coming in was consistent with data taught and there was rarely reference to anything that wasn’t previously mentioned or hinted at.

Pros: this text offers relevant case studies, and is well-organized. Cons: Some chapters are more dense than others, and might require the reader to study other sources to understand key concepts.
