Very detailed, thorough textbook with excellent diagrams. However, the writing is laborious, and overcomplicated. Additionally, many of the detailed steps are explained before the diagrams of the pathways are shown. Could easily be simplified and the sequences of text altered.

The beautiful complexity of natural replication. I'm not going to read all the way through, I have other interests.

Loved the subject and found this textbook to be helpful, but only once the topics were placed in a context given by the marvelous professor I had.
