The brief thoughts, prayers, verses and poems in this book were a very encouraging reminder of God’s care and blessings. A little book to read again and again.

Great Quotes

I enjoyed the quotes that were assembled in this book. To see the thought put forth in trying to encourage women has inspired me more to continue my path on uplifting people especially women. I am a man who have and will continue to make mistakes but reading these quotes have helped me see some of my errors toward them. If your a man or woman, I suggest reading the quotes and thoughts in this book.

Overflowing with wise words and Scriptures for helping you deal with daily struggles. I like to read short positive messages on a daily basis to keep me centered and focused on what really matters. This book fits the bill. An uplifting collection worth picking up.I couldn’t help but think of my friend who gifted it to me as I turned each page.

Such a great book to read at this time of year. November is Thanksgiving. This book is inspirational. Filled with hymns, quotes and scripture. I highlighted a lot and will come back and refer to it again.

A very good book that reminded me to “count my many blessings name them one by one, and it will surprise me what the Lord has done.” I chose it for a Thanksgiving season read, but Thanksgiving is for every day.

I think I might have enjoyed this “devotional” (if you can even really call it that) better had it left out every cliché “inspirational” (so-called) quote ever written. Of course, if the publishers had omitted non-religious, supposedly uplifting quotes, then it would’ve merely been a pamphlet. Give me a break! A Christian publishing house should’ve been able to compile a better devotional than this.
