I would have liked to have seen at least one case study focused on high school teachers structured in a department, as it is a common team framework. The case studies are adaptable, but it can be harder when the teachers in the model case studies don't look anything like the team you are on. That said, there is plenty of good advice. Full disclosure: I received this book as part of a professional development course I took with the authors. The book cost covered in the cost of the workshop, but I didn't purchase it with my own funds.
