A school psychologist recommended this book as her #1 parenting book for kids with anxiety. This book helped me see how I can alter my parenting to help manage my kids' anxiety and hopefully prevent it from becoming problematic. I purchased a copy of of this book so that I can refer to it as needed over the upcoming parenting years.

Basically, there are kids with Anxiety issues. There is treatment for that. Teachers, kids, and parents need to work with the professionals to overcome it. There has to be communication on all sides. There are examples, there are worksheets for kids who might have trouble explaining how they feel. It's going to be tough.
