This book always helps teens affected by someone else’s drinking/drug use! I’ve counseled many teens and this is the only approach that’s always had a positive response. For your teen, younger sibling, niece, nephew, or student. Alateen is a part of Al-Anon and a great source of support and hope.

This book really helps teens with a problem of drinking. Alcoholism is very common for many teens these days. I would recommend this book to anyone who has had a problem of alcoholism and family or within themselves. This book would make you smile because it talks about anger issues with alcoholics.

Good for teens and older kids to understand what alcoholism is, and how it affects not only the drinker, but the people around them. Offers insight and support for young people living with an alcoholic.

A day at a time for those who have alcoholic family members or friends, whose lives directly effect others. Thankfully, I never had parents who were alcoholics, but from what I can tell, this would help those who know others who are alcoholics.
