But again they are lies. If you are stuck in a behavioral pattern that wounds those you love or if you have been hurt by others patterns of pain then this book will help you to understand the how to uproot the strongholds of pain and step into breaking free from them. Change we all need to and this book helps you with this.

This was a very moving book. It is part Jack's teaching, and part Trisha's, talking about breaking free from bondages and the cycles of pain we continually live in. Through using personal stories and written in an easy-to-understand way, Unbound will invite you into the heavenly Father's embrace, letting go of past wounds and experiencing the love of the Father.

I will admit at first I really couldn't get into the book. I found the present and past clashing and I would also admit I have discovered there are a few strongholds that I discovered along the way. I have adopted a few of example prayers in my daily devotions.

Excellent message

Written in a way to help the reader apply it to their own life without repetition and over simplification. I enjoyed and will recommend it.
