Encountering God Through Dance was an inspiring book. It reminded me of what an instrument of worship and warfare dance can be. How God uses the dance to not only turn our hearts to Him but to please Him. Dance is an instrument of worship and that all of us are called to worship, be it through dance or other ways that God shows us. She gave examples all through the Bible with verses to show how God even dances over us with joy. I would recommend this book to stir us up. Our bodies were made to be an instrument of worship and she reminds us of that. Cathy K

Saara Taina gives great insight into not only her life, but her ministry as a dancer. Her unique perspective reveals the heart of God to have the Bride of Christ to reclaim dance as a former of worship, that not only glorifies God, but also brings edification to the Body of Christ. Arts and Entertainment happens to be one of the seven mountains of culture that was lost in the Garden of Eden. In this book, Ms. Taina tells how her personal journey and adventure has allowed her to be one of the ones God has definitively called to reclaim Dance for the Kingdom.

I could not believe there would be a book about dancing for the Lord. This book blessed me so much. After dancing secularly for almost 10 years, I knew I had to walk away and quickly the Lord restored the gift He gave me of dance for His own glory. I found this book at the perfect time. It is so beautifully written and so heart felt. I love all the scripture references and biblical truths she uses when speaking on worship dance. A must read for all pursuing dance as worship for God.

Saara Taina wrote this book out of her own journey with God, this is not another theoretical book about dance. That’s what makes this book so special, it’s an experience with God. Not only I learned about what the Bible says about dancing, but more than that I got to know God’s heart through dance and worship.
