This inspiring and beautifully illustrated story reminds us that love transcends both time and distance. Perfect for parents and kids or grandparents and kids to record together.

Personally, I find the text horribly saccharine and repetitive... but that's not really the point. It's the loved one's voices, reading it that matter. And even in the era of video voice calls on demand, it's this that is beloved (which was unexpected).
The text is exactly what you'd expect from Hallmark (nauseatingly sentimental). But hey - it works. Ask me how I know - I think I have it memorized by now, and I've never had to read it aloud. :S
My husband is in the military. He recorded this for our children before his deployment. My son listens to this all the time. Adores it & it makes my heart happy. Thank you for making this!
i wanted to read this book because i saw the movie and really enjoyed it. I wasn't sure if i would like the book as much as the movie but i ended up actually liking it. The book goes a lot more in to detail about certain parts and it made you think a lot more than the movie did. Both this book and the movie were great but i suggest reading this over than watching the movie any day. I hope you check out this book and let me know what you think about it.
I really enjoyed reading this book as it was picked by my brother to give to our baby girl since he is in a different state serving in the Navy. It is an excellent book that you can explain to a child that no matter where you are in the world your loved ones that may not be close will always be under the same moon and stars as you are.
