Practical, informative, and super useful. The Cognitive Behavioral Workbook for Menopause is an excellent tool for taking control of a frustrating life change. As a woman going through menopause in my early thirties, I often feel overwhelmed and powerless in the face of a change that should not be happening so soon. This book continues to help me maintain my perspective and be proactive in my treatment plan.
