This is the kind of book I usually buy at the Powell's tent sale in the summer. For 2 dollars, I have a great hb book on contemporary Italian architecture. I wonder if this monument at the Ardeatine Caves is the same place you see in the 10th victim. It looks like that enormous white marble modernist plaza and yet not.. I wish there was a book called Architecture in Italian Cinema, I would have that! This Torre Velasca building in Milan is kind of boring now maybe, but looks wilder
than any of the buildings from the 50's here for sure!
