The Ruling Class: Inside The Imperial Congress

Rate this book
Here you will see Congress from the inside as never before, learn of sleight-of-hand and skullduggery you've never imagined possible. Yet this book also has a hopeful message. The author offers eleven specific, cogent Heritage Foundation reforms to restore the citizen legislature that America's Founding Fathers envisioned.

Written in 1993, this book outlines the problems endemic to our Congress and offers solutions that would make our legislators legislate rather than do all the junk they do now. Enlightening! Everyone should read this and demand an update.

A well-written book that just got me angry and made me realize my anger was impotent. I would have been better off just watching American Idol and drinking beer.
