This is not an ordinary leadership book. It is a deep and meaningful exploration of important characteristics of effective leaders- parents to presidents- and it explains many phenomena that I have observed and experienced but have not come across in such well-researched material as this book. As I find strength in leadership tremendously appealing, I thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated this book. I will continue to apply the principles gained here to my life, in different leadership roles.
