Very informative, great style, but not enough photographs.

This book filled in some gaps from previous books I had read. It was easy to read and had great photographs of the rocks and minerals mentioned. The main problem with this book is that it made me want to own a motor home so I could do an extensive circle trip around Lake Superior.
