Evertell: The Rise of Legends, Volume III; The Gate Walker

Rate this book
The two most powerful beasts of Evertell are at war and in the wake of their destruction the Evil Clown begins to make his true intentions and motivations known. Legends say that a Gate Walker will surface to put an end to the war of the beasts; but will it be in time for the rest of the realm to stop Katolious Daynes from achieving his goal? Should the rest of the realm even try?

Written to wrap up Morris' "The Rise of Legends" series; The Gate Walker focuses on the characters Theodore Crowe and Katolious Daynes. It reveals the truth behind the war between the massive Gates and the dragons. It also reveals the truth about the one regarded across the whole of Evertell as "The Evil Clown" and why he has embarked on a mission to overthrow the Great Mother.

While the book was finished some time ago, Morris recently decided to release it to his fan base so they would have a conclusion for the series.

Once upon a time there was this kid who moved a lot. Moving sucked. There was one constant in his life, however, and that was that no matter where his family moved or how often, he could always have a pen and a paper. Thus began the writing journey of Timothy Morris.

After a trial run working for a publisher, Morris decided that wasn't quite the route he wanted to go and dabbled in freelance and ghost writing for a bit. Then he decided that since he knew the stories he wanted to write, how to write them and since every publisher he'd spoken with was going to make him solely responsible for the marketing costs anyway, he'd just do it himself. Thus began the company known as TNM Publishing, LLC (No, TNM does not stand for Timothy Morris' initials, his middle name is Wayne).

"The New Magrathea" was planned to be something new, something fresh; a place that produced worlds of fiction, not just books. It was a grand quest and it continues today.
