With gorgeous photographs and inspiring quotes this was a delightful book to look through and experience. With quotes like this, " when we're present in the current moment we are no longer regretting the past or fearing the future" and lovely photographs to go with them it was quite uplifting and a nice way to spend a few spare moments.

The design, layout and font choice need improving on (they are very dated, do not complement the pictures, and there is not enough negative space, especially for a book whose main theme is about focusing and meditating on moments in life - the text should be more spread out and one idea per page would be better instead of whole paragraphs clumped together on one single page). But overall if you're looking for a nice, meaningful gift idea for someone who could take a little time out in their life to appreciate the small things, this book will do the trick.
