Computer Graphics Techniques: Theory and Practice

Rate this book
This is the second volume derived from a State-of-the-Art in Computer Graphics Summer Institute. This volume surveys a number of topics in computer graphics raster algorithms, color in both theory and practice, the generation of realistic images, animation, modeling in CAD/CAM, networking for graphics, and graphics standards. The contributed chapters generally present a background introduction to the topic followed by a discussion of current work in the field. The volume is thus suitable both for non-specialists in a particular area and for the more experienced researcher in the field. General readers may also consult the book to learn enough about a particular topic to solve current problems.
