I don’t use this book as much I do for crunch time.

The recipes in this book are simple but plain and boring! I haven’t tried all the recipes yet - some of them I'll make again, like beef and oyster sauce stir fry, chilli prawn stir fry - just to name a few.

The ones I have tried, I don’t think I'll make them again - they were tasteless!

The recipes I haven’t tried yet - I don’t know if I ever will - I don’t feel inspired as I did with Crunch time.

I was a big fan of Bridge's Crunch Time Cookbook - a pretty hard-core approach to eating but lots of yummy recipes and useful information on freeze-ability and preparing in advance. The recipes in this cookbook, while looking healthy and with few ingredients, just seem so much like diet food. I'll stick with the healthy, delicious recipes from CTC instead.

Loved the recipes that are in this book, quick and easy and things you can actually find in the supermarket.
