Excelente livro que todo PMO deveria ler. Os benefícios de um pipeline de projetos é demostrado dando ênfase também nas dificuldades em se criar (instalar) dentro de uma organização. O livro não faz referência às fases do gerenciamento de projetos, o que pode deixar alguns leitores iniciantes no assunto um pouco perdidos. A análise da técnica AHP para priorização de projetos é excelente, porém, deveria também destacar os pontos negativos, dificuldades, da técnica dentro do PPM e não apenas os positivos.

A great guide, repetitive so that you get the idea, a little heavy on math technique, but good if you need that.
Recommend for Project Managers and Portfolio managers.
