I swear the author could improve the story. There are some interesting parts to talk about and it is related with some real old events happened in Salem.

At the end, what happened? Everything is not clear and the conclusion was nothing.

Las historias sobre vampiros son mis favoritas en la literatura, así que empecé a leer este libro con grandes expectativas, pero me decepcionó bastante, todos los elementos que conforman éste relato no les encontré lógica, para empezar la protagonista (Caitlin Paine) se gana el premio del personaje más insoportable, ridículo y soso que haya leído, a tan sólo pocas horas de haber conocido a un joven vampiro, ya está totalmente enamorada de él, lo considera el amor de su vida con quien debe pasar el resto de su vida. (Seriously?) Incluso se siente insultada porque él al parecer no siente lo mismo y hace una escena de celos cuando conoce a su novia.

En mi opinión personal el argumento y los personajes hicieron que la historia fuera aburrida, insípida y un poco agobiante de terminar. Los sucesos y la trama se desarrollaron demasiado simples, sin giros inesperados, demoré una eternidad en finalizarlo. Sin duda NO continuaría los libros ni por curiosidad.
