If that was a Little Engine that could book well the old engine went through on stilts, there was barely a vapour of the train's fumes in this book which was essentially 26 letters of the alphabet and 26 words - they could have made them train related and then it might have been interesting
Examples C - Carriage or Caboose or conductor
T - Tracks or ticket or train
S - Signals or station
B - Box car
P - Platform
and so you go, make a train related alphabet which is a fun book, teaches the kids about trains and is actually related to the little engine.
What a waste of a book.

This book is a colorful and exciting book for youngsters. I appreciated that this alphabet book required readers to go and find the letter by finding pictures that began with that letter. This would be a great read aloud book for Kindergarten students who are beginning to familiarize themselves with all the letters.

I think this book would be good for kindergarten because its very colorful and simple. I like how it is interactive, how it asks to find the picture to go with the letter. I would not be using this in the future because I plan to teach older grades.
