4 Stars for Narration, 3.5 Stars for Story = 3.5 Stars
Full review at the end of season two. Curious incidents right before the end of each episode. The writers like to keep the listeners on the edge of... well, you'll see.
I finally finished episode nine! This episode took a while to finish as I feel that it was quite bogged with too much focus on the sanctuary. It is not my favorite part of the series and I feel that a lot of focus has been lost from many of the characters. There was hardly any reference to Boricio and Charlie's group which made me sad as they are my favorites characters to read.
I am hoping that there is some sort of climax coming soon and the story will move away the sanctuary and back to the aliens! Bit dissapointed with this episode but will continue to listen to the audio book to finish the season.
Wow! The cliff hanger from the last episode is finally explained, and it's a doozy. I loved the adventure, questioning of who is good or evil, as well as closer looks into the culture of the sub-communities that have set up.
