เรื่องครอบครัวของเลลาห์ยังเป็นสิ่งที่ทำให้เศร้าทุกครั้งที่อ่าน แบบยังคาดหวังอยู่ตลอดเวลาว่าเขาจะยังมีชีวิตอยู่ เหมือนที่คาดหวังว่าพ่อแม่ของโบลเดอร์แลร์จะยังอยู่
หนังสือเล่มนี้ทำให้กลับมารู็สึกถึงความรู้สึกว่าวางไม่ลงอีกครั้งนึง เหมือนย้อนกลับไปตอนเด็ก ๆ ที่ทั้งวันไม่ทำอะไรเลย และไม่เคยพักการอ่านเลย แบบถ้าเปิดอ่านหน้านึงแล้วยังไงก็ต้องอ่านให้จบ ไม่เคยทิ้งไว้แล้วอ่านวันละนิด ๆ แบบที่เป็นอยู่ตอนนี้ ตอนอ่านก็แบบ โอโคจะอ่านครึ่งชั่วโมงนะ จบตรงนี้แล้วต้องลุกไปทำอย่างอื่น แต่พอจะลุกจริง ๆ สมองไปไวกว่าความคิดใด ๆ เปิดตอนต่อไปทันที มันเป็นความรู็สึกที่แบบเห้ยไหนบอกจะอ่านถึงตรงนี้ไง แต่มันก็มีความสุขกับตรงนั้นมาก 55555
