We have owned an eBook Kindle copy of Candy Cookbook for many years and often use it to make a treat. I think we have tried every recipe and always enjoyed the result. Most of them are easy and require earys to fine ingredients in our local area. This is a great resource for making candy.

the first fudge recipe is the one i use, but some of the other recipes were a little ho-hum

An intriguing assortment of candy recipes and helpful hints from the basic to the bizarre. I want pictures (and samples!!) of Hard Tack Candy, Buckeyes and Potato Candy!
