Personal response
I think Sleep Well Sleep Deep is a very inspiring book. What I learned is that there are many reasons why people cannot fall asleep. People can be hungry, they had too much caffeine, or they have a lot on their mind about their life. What I really like about the book is that the author gives you suggestion on what to help you sleep.
Plot
Sleep Well Sleep Deep is about a narrator giving suggestions on why people can't sleep. One thing that helps is if you are just lying in bed and can't fall asleep is getting up and moving around, it can make you tired and crash. Cutting back on caffeine and sweets because it makes you hyper and stays in your system. If you have a lot on your mind about stress that is going on in your life try listening to relaxing music, it soothes you and gets your mind off of it. The book also recommends sleeping suggestions for children. One suggestion that the author recommended for children is don't let your kids sleep in your bed every night. The reason why is so they do not think that is their routine, have them sleep in their own beds most of the time and let them sleep with you once in a while.

Characterization
There were no characters in this book. The book was to give the reader some suggestions on how to sleep better. The only person talking in this book is the author Alex Lukeman.

Setting
There is no setting in this book because it is a nonfiction book.

Theme
If I had to give this book a theme it would be empowerment. The book gives some really good suggestions on ways to get better sleep. It tells you things to avoid before bed like caffeine and sweets. It also gives parents ways to help their children get better sleep.

Recommendation
I would recommend Sleep Well Sleep Deep to people who are having problems sleeping. It can help them understand why they are not sleeping well and what they can do about it. I also recommend it to parents whose children are having problems sleeping. They can try some things with their kids to help them sleep.

Scanned through, didn't really take the time it needed to know if I liked it.

Learned a few things about jet lag, otherwise a repeat of stuff I've heard before. Not really a help for why I wake up every 2 hours.
