No book was going to get 5 stars so this is the highest rating it could have achieved. Would suggest to anyone studying therapy but a lot of it felt pretty obvious to me, which must mean my university education was worth it's salt, I guess, but not my grammatical one as exemplified by this neverending run-in sentence.
