A young boy goes missing on a winter trip with Peter, Chris, and other volunteers in the program Peter and Chris head up.

It’s Christmas and Melanie’s missing her mother. She enlists Jesse’s help in driving her 4 hours away to visit her mother’s gravesite. Self-centered Jesse talks about himself for the entire ride.

Melanie’s father continues to drink. He believes he’s somehow to blame for his wife’s death, as though he could have done something to prevent it.

Leah needs to write an essay for U.S. Girls in order to win a possible scholarship. She invites three people to California for the contest.

Nicole is still as shallow as ever. Her mother makes her go to vacation bible school with her 13-year old sister Heather where Heather reveals something to the class about Nicole, embarrassing her. The assistant to the bible teacher just so happens to be Guy, a blind date Courtney had set her up on, a date gone a bit awry. Could things go worse for her?

Not as amazing as the other books in the series, and this one was a little slower in pace but when it got exciting; it GOT exciting.
I love all the characters, and am even finding myself warming up to Nicole and Jesse, even though for me they are the perspectives I like the least. This time we didn't have Ben's PoV and I'm unsure whether i was sad or happy about it, either way I can't wait to pick up the next book and if you've stumbled upon this review I suggest you go and read the first book in the series; 'Get a Life' straight away!

Another enjoyable book in the series. So refreshing to read about young Christian students, their trials and how they deal with them.

1 of my fave books growing up. Loved the Miguel del Rios- Leah Rosenthal and Jesse-Melanie loveteams. I really regret selling my copies of these books.
